Welcome! My name is Mike and I'm delighted to be curating the Elite Life Warrior community.  This community is dedicated to providing direction, strategies, advice and support to those of you are looking to live an elite life; to those of you who are ambitious, who will do the work to "have it all" if you only knew which path to take.

Like you, I'm a highly driven and motivated individual and I have always understood the importance of self-development but possibly like you, I was never quite satisfied with the strategies or actions I was taking to improve my life.  In fact, I've probably read well over 100 books on personal development over the years, attended multiple seminars and watched every video that I could find on the subject yet, I was always left wondering why I wasn't able to make the transformation that I wanted in my life.

Although it took me a awhile, I started to realize that the individuals that I saw living elite lives had three things in common; (1) they had a disciplined mindset, (2) they had focused strategies in specific areas of their lives and (3) they were successful executers.  These three things, above all others, became an obsession of mine to understand in order to create the most extraordinary life for myself that I could.

As I started to seek out and find more individuals living elite lives, I began to see these same three principles at the core of each one of their lives.  It became very clear to me that this WAS the formula for living an elite life.  To that end, I am committed to identifying how these core principles when coupled with strategies in the areas of mindset, finances, entrepreneurship, career, etc. lead to living an extraordinary Life.

In addition, I am also committed to bringing you all the resources that I can locate, including stories from those individuals living extraordinary lives, so that you can take all areas of your life to an elite level and become an Elite Life Warrior!

So a little bit about me.  I spent 20 years of my professional career working directly with entrepreneurs and business owners helping them grow their businesses.  I was responsible for obtaining financing as well as securing workforce development resources for them.  All said, I was involved in real estate and economic development projects worth in excess of $1 billion dollars.

Along the way, I started to become intrigued with the aspects of entrepreneurship.  As a result, I started to become involved in creating 'entrepreneurial ecosystems' which included locating startup capital, talent and professional assistance for entrepreneurs.  After 10 years of being involved in the startup community, I joined up with two other individuals and became the first employee of an energy startup.  The startup, where I was responsible for the company's revenue, was venture capitaled at $500 million dollars.

After growing the company, I left to start up an innovation and entrepreneurial institute for a college.  In this current capacity, I work with individuals to help them start businesses, build wealth and manage personal finances.
